Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What part will you play?

Under general guidance, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for business development and sales growth in their assigned market. They will provide clients and prospects with high-quality service, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. The role focuses on selling Diversified’s Workplace Solutions within targeted markets, especially high-tech clients, aiding in digital transformation, and improving employee productivity, collaboration, communication, and user experience.

Location: Must live in the Toronto, ON, Canada area.

What will you be doing?
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Create account-specific strategies to maximize business potential.
  • Secure new sales opportunities and establish strategic deals using a solutions-based approach.
  • Build strong industry relationships and understand customer technology applications.
  • Develop annual sales plans and report progress regularly.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities and stay updated on industry technology changes.
  • Maintain knowledge of solutions and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and client relations.
  • Understand buyer motivations across organizational levels.
  • Research customer strategies using data sources.
  • Travel to clients and project sites as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What do we require from you?
Experience
  • 7-10 years of outside sales experience.
  • 5+ years in AV or technology industry.
  • Enterprise sales experience in a tech environment.
Skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms, MS Office, and sales forecasting.
Competencies
  • Excellent communication, accountability, problem-solving, adaptability, organization, and negotiation skills.
Work Environment
  • Travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to remain stationary for periods, ascend/descend ladders, and lift 20 lbs.
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Business.
  • Equivalent professional experience or associate degree with industry selling experience.
