Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years aerospace experience in project/program management.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Engineering Skills Management roadmap.
• Lead initiatives across Knowledge Management, Engineering Training, Career Tools.
• Define priorities and allocate budget/resources.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Coach and mentor team members for growth.
