Bombardier is seeking a Senior Engineering professional in Dorval, QC to lead the Engineering Skills Management function within the Aerospace Canada organization. You will shape the strategy to attract, retain, and optimize engineering talent and deliver on the five-year vision across Defense, New Program Development, and Aftermarket initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of aerospace experience in project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of the Eng Skills Management roadmap.
• Lead strategic initiatives aligned with the 5-year vision and create 18-month plans.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen organizational capability.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer for engineering teams.
