Job summary

Bombardier Defense is seeking a seasoned Director to lead end-to-end execution of defense programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with engineering, supply chain, and operations. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, engineering or aerospace relevant field.
• 15+ years in director/managerial roles in aerospace/defense.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year programs and P&L accountability.
• Strong cost, schedule, risk and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability for a Bombardier Defense program.
• Own end-to-end delivery of programs within cost, schedule, and quality commitments.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
• Engage with senior customer and prime-contractor stakeholders.
• Define lean, agile operating system and governance.
