BBA Consultants in Vancouver, BC, Canada, is seeking a Lead Operational Technology (OT) Specialist to design and deliver OT network solutions for energy, mining & metals, and industrial clients. You will develop client relationships, prepare proposals, and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, with bilingual English/French as an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Tech Diploma in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex networks/telecom systems.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of OT network solutions for clients in energy, mining & metals, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and manage client relationships and position BBA as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare proposals and technical deliverables (reports, drawings, budgets, schedules).
• Engage in business development to generate opportunities.
