Job summary

BBA Consultants in Vancouver, BC, Canada, seeks a Lead OT Specialist to drive the design and delivery of OT network solutions across energy, mining & metals, and industrial sectors. You will lead projects, develop client relationships, and provide technical leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma of Technology in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science, telecommunications or network administration; or any other relevant training.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex networks and telecommunications systems.

• Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new projects and positioning BBA as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare proposals and technical deliverables, including reports, specifications, drawings, budgets, schedules, and scope of services, to support project execution and business growth.
• Engage in business development efforts, leveraging your network to generate opportunities and promote BBA’s expertise.
• Provide technical leadership while driving practice growth, fostering collaboration across teams, and enhancing BBA’s market presence.
