Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing and managing aviation, infrastructure, or building electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and local/international standards.
• Experience leading design activities and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience using AutoCAD and electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and implementation for infrastructure and aviation projects.
• Prepare and review engineering design documentation, specs, calculations, and reports.
• Conduct design reviews and evaluations for QA and risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities for integrated electrical systems.
• Provide mentoring and engineering guidance to junior staff.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure code compliance.
• Engage with clients in meetings and technical workshops.
• Perform field inspections and verify construction against designs.
• Help develop and improve engineering standards and procedures.
• Support project delivery with scheduling and technical issue resolution.
