Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Ontario offices. You will design, manage and deliver electrical projects across environmental, industrial, municipal and infrastructure sectors, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates have a degree in electrical engineering, licensure or eligible, and at least five years of related experience. We offer flexible hours and hybrid work options, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.
• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer or eligible within six months.
• A minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of project delivery from requirements to commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Design and draft for power and electrical systems including LV/MV, lighting, control, EMS, and security.
• Prepare cost estimates, specs, drawings and reports.
• Perform testing/verification of Electrical systems and site reviews.
• Coordinate with utilities, suppliers, contractors and clients regularly.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure design meets applicable codes and standards.
• Assist with CA tasks, RFIs and change orders.
• Contribute to business development activities and client proposals.
