Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Linear Municipal Infrastructure team in Windsor or Chatham. The role offers flexible hours and a hybrid work arrangement to balance professional and personal commitments.

Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams on municipal infrastructure projects, overseeing design, construction, and contract administration, and contributing to business development and client relations within the Ontario region.

Qualifications

• A degree in civil engineering.
• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer in Ontario, or eligible within six months.
• Five years of professional work experience in municipal/infrastructure engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and support PMs/technical staff in delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Lead design teams on municipal and land development projects (water, sewer, roads, site servicing).
• Provide technical direction for the development of construction documents and tendering.
• Oversee construction administration for civil projects (roads, water, stormwater).
• Encourage use of AI-enabled tools to enhance traditional design work.
