Job summary

Artelia Canada is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Specialist to design EIC solutions and support pre-sales through execution. The role partners with engineers, designers, and staff to deliver compliant, reliable systems across energy, telecommunications, and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EIC engineering, strong knowledge of PFDs/ P&IDs and control architectures, and fluency in French and English for cross‑border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control engineering, analysis, and design.
• Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, control system architecture, and solar system solutions.
• Experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, RTU, HMI, and related software and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of ISO standards; ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Design complete EIC solutions based on project scope for pre-sales and engineering.
• Prepare project documentation including bills of materials, calculations, data sheets, and test plans.
• Coordinate tasks with engineers, designers, and administrative staff; lead field work.
• Monitor quality standards (ISO) and manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Present project information to internal and external client audiences; support bids.
