Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with primary IT stakeholders to understand institutional goals.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and prepare product demonstrations.
• Manage technical sections of RFPs and maintain client relationships.
