Job summary

Carter's Canada is seeking a Senior Site Merchandising Specialist to optimize the online shopping experience for families in Canada. You will lead bottom-of-funnel initiatives, own key systems like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Contentful, and ensure a frictionless customer journey from discovery to checkout.

You will collaborate with global teams, mentor site merchandisers, and drive data-informed decisions to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior Ecommerce experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred, especially in children's clothing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload flow for bottom-of-the-funnel initiatives.
• Own and be super user of PMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Contentful and Constructor.
• Oversee end-to-end site experience from a customer perspective.
• Troubleshoot site issues and mentor site merchandisers.
• Collaborate with US and Mexico teams to translate and optimize content.
