Job summary

Champion Petfoods in Canada is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead, expand, and optimize our digital commerce footprint across the country. You will own the Canadian ecommerce roadmap end-to-end, spanning strategy, account operations, catalogue onboarding, and joint business planning with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.

You will champion online sales growth, profitability, and brand integrity across Canadian digital platforms, refining pricing, and ensuring channel harmony

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce account management across online platforms in Canada (1P and/or 3P).
• Experience managing retail media investments and performance marketing budgets to maximize ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the digital commerce strategy in Canada to drive revenue, volume and market share.
• Lead end-to-end catalogue onboarding, account operations, and promotional go-live planning.
• Develop demand forecasts with cross-functional partners and align on inventory targets.
• Deliver best-in-class digital shelf, SEO, and bilingual content compliance across PDPs.
