Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Lead, Document Control in Vancouver to shape and oversee project documentation management. You will implement procedures, train teams, and ensure compliance with documentation plans across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 8–10 years in document management, strong Aconex and MS Office experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a construction environment. Hybrid work model offered in Canada.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in a document management role.
• Proven experience with document controls systems, tools, and procedures.
• Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Studies related to the field are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and assess document management procedures and processes.
• Ensure project documentation is received, tracked and monitored according to the Document Management Plan.
• Develop and provide training, guidance and coaching to other Document Controllers and users.
• Provide accurate and timely status reporting metrics of document control functions.
• Oversee tools, systems, and procedures for continued development of document controls.
• Support integration of document control with project teams and contractors.
