Senior Director, Sales and Business Development

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead sales strategy and planning for the Cash Services division.
  • Develop and manage account plans and sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on sales progress and suggest alternative strategies.
  • Perform sales presentations and build relationships with senior-level customers.
  • Drive the sales cycle through qualification, assessment, proposal, and ROI analysis.
  • Generate revenue to meet sales goals.
  • Proactively pursue and close new business to increase market share.
  • Assist the team with value propositions and executive briefings.
  • Develop sales strategies to reach targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activity to ensure productivity.
  • Generate interest within targeted accounts and monitor account performance.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics for new markets.
  • Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Represent GardaWorld’s core values and principles.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with complex, long sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in business management.
  • Experience leading strategic sales development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Leadership, structuring, execution, negotiation, and account development skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate competitive advantages.
