Qualifications

As Manager, Growth Analytics, you’ll be at the forefront of our analytics strategy, building and leading high-impact projects that drive smarter decision-making across marketing, customer experience, product, and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

Strategic Analytics & Business Impact (50%)
  • Be the analytics thought partner for Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Management Strategy, and Contact Centre leadership — helping shape the strategies that drive growth and retention.
  • Own the design and execution of A/B tests, customer journey analysis, and performance tracking initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to automate insight generation and partner with our dashboarding leads to create scalable reporting to support proactive decision-making.

Advanced Analytics & Data Science Innovation (20%)
  • Partner with internal data science teams and external vendors to design and deploy models that support segmentation, churn prediction, marketing optimization, and more.
  • Help shape our data science roadmap — from ideation to production — and ensure solutions are business-aligned and high-impact.
  • Monitor model performance, ensure alignment with compliance standards, and support model governance frameworks.
Leadership, Agility & Collaboration (30%)
  • Inspire and guide a team of analysts with a focus on speed, rigor, and business relevance.
  • Work cross-functionally with data engineering, BI, product, marketing, and external vendors to connect data to outcomes.
  • Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and impact.
  • Contribute to building a data-first culture in a high-growth, startup-style environment.
Let's Talk About You!
  • 7–10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence — ideally in banking, fintech, or fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, prioritize, and drive team results.
  • Expert in SQL, Python and/or R, with hands-on experience designing experiments and developing scalable analytics solutions.
  • Experience with contact center analytics, marketing analytics, or customer lifecycle analysis is a strong plus.
  • Startup mindset: fast, scrappy, resilient — with a bias for action and iteration.
  • Strong storytelling skills: you can turn data into a compelling business case and influence it at the executive level.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Experience navigating model risk governance or regulatory frameworks (an asset but not a blocker).
