Job Description

The Regional Growth & Innovation Manager is a key player in supporting Aramark Refreshments' Canadian business strategies. By developing field solutions, this role drives profitable growth across various service areas, including office coffee services, micro-markets, vending, breakroom, and retail experiences. Reporting to the Canadian Market Leader, the role directly engages with Canadian operations and sales teams to drive execution, sales growth, client satisfaction, and customer engagement while working closely with the North American Marketing organization. This position is responsible for managing and implementing marketing objectives and activities, including local store marketing initiatives, regional marketing programs, client activations, product and equipment marketing, and product management and analysis. It covers both new business and existing clients. The role acts as a critical liaison between the marketing team and field operations, ensuring both meet standards and client needs, significantly impacting client satisfaction and making it a rewarding opportunity for a marketing professional.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the field execution of marketing programs in Office Coffee Services, Vending, and Micro-market accounts to ensure proper merchandising at all client sites.
  • Manage national marketing initiatives and develop regional promotional calendars.
  • Develop and project manage repeatable field processes and key metrics measuring operating profit, product rotation, and merchandising standards.
  • Partner with Regional Leadership to support client needs that drive results across amenities and retail spaces.
  • Support large openings by ensuring readiness of signage, merchandising, welcome kits, and proper retail pricing, and train team members on maintaining spaces.
  • Lead pilot projects from opportunity identification, scope definition, implementation, to tracking.
  • Support account and business development managers with CBRs, events, and sales presentations, providing insights on new products and services.
  • Train field teams on new planograms, products, and services to ensure proper setup.
  • Become an expert on 365 Retail kiosk capabilities, including reporting, promotions, loyalty, and maintenance.
  • Monitor industry trends, gather insights on local pricing, products, and vendors, and plan tactical implementations.
  • Activate brand standards consistently across all service points to ensure regional uniformity.
  • Present ideas, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • Experience in DSD, CPG, or Field Service organizations preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear recommendations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
