SE Health is seeking a Director of Risk and Compliance to provide strategic leadership for ERM and compliance programs across the organization in Canada. You will report to the VP, Risk and Compliance and oversee governance, risk assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.

The Director, Risk and Compliance provides strategic leadership for and is accountable for the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Programs through the strategic development, implementation, governance and continuous advancement of enterprise-wide risk, operational risk management frameworks, compliance frameworks, governance processes and programs across the organization.
Reporting to the VP, Risk and Compliance, the Director provides organizational oversight and strategic direction to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, and a consistent, proactive, and integrated approach to identifying, assessing, investigating, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting risk across the organization, while providing strategic risk advice to senior leadership to support organizational decision-making and achievement of corporate objectives.
Identify opportunities to strengthen risk management processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms and enterprise risk oversight.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel is a requirement.
