Arvato is seeking a self-motivated Director of Business Development to drive new business in Canada, focusing on value added logistics, warehousing and end-to-end supply chain solutions.

The role requires deep logistics knowledge, strategic account planning, and close collaboration with Marketing, Solution Design, and Logistics Engineering teams to create competitive proposals for target markets in Canada. Travel regionally and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; SCM-related disciplines preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in solution selling and new business development.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business in target markets focusing on value added logistics, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Solution Design and Logistics Engineering to create competitive proposals and develop new services.
• Maintain market and client analysis in CRM; manage detailed account plans for large target accounts in Canada.
