Job summary

Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Performance, Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives to drive strategy execution, performance intelligence, and transformational initiatives. The role reports to the CEO and leads a small team to align performance with DCHC’s vision.

This senior leadership position offers a hybrid work environment in Oshawa, with potential work at other DCHC sites, and a salary range of $125,000–$140,000 plus HOOPP and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; PMP or Lean Six Sigma or Change Management certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into annual priorities and performance measures.
• Lead enterprise strategy execution and monitor progress to goals.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting tools.
• Oversee risk, quality, and organizational excellence initiatives.
• Advise CEO and align cross-portfolio initiatives with strategy.
