Job summary

Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) seeks an exceptional Senior Director to lead Enterprise Performance, Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives. The role requires a strategic, results‑oriented leader who can drive enterprise‑wide performance within a complex healthcare environment.

Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will develop evaluation frameworks, dashboards and KPIs, oversee risk, quality, and strategic programs, and steer transformation across DCHC sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management or relevant performance excellence certification is an asset.
• 7–10 years of senior leadership in performance, strategy execution, or quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy execution and monitor progress against commitments.
• Develop real-time dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools.
• Oversee risk, quality, accreditation and transformation initiatives.
• Advise CEO on strategic options and cross-portfolio alignment.
