Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) seeks a dynamic Senior Director – Enterprise Performance, Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives. This executive role reports to the CEO and leads strategy execution, performance intelligence, and major transformational programs across the organization.

Position Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000, commensurate on skills and experience,plus participation in HOOPP and Group Benefits.
Primary work location: Oshawa (Hybrid work environment); Staff may be requested to work out of other DCHC’s sites in Pickering, Whitby, Ajax, Oshawa South and Oshawa North (Airport Road) as required.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and strategic advisor to the CEO, the Senior Director provides enterprise leadership across strategy execution, performance intelligence, transformation, risk, quality, accreditation, and organizational alignment.
The Senior Director ensures DCHC has the clarity, intelligence, discipline, and execution capability to turn strategy into measurable organizational and community collective impact.
