Job summary

Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) seeks a dynamic Senior Director – Enterprise Performance, Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives. This executive role reports to the CEO and leads strategy execution, performance intelligence, and major transformational programs across the organization.

The role requires 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in performance management, evaluation, and change management. Hybrid work, HOOPP pension, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive senior leadership experience in enterprise performance, strategic execution, quality improvement, or transformation leadership.
• Proven success in leading high-impact enterprise projects and complex change management.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic action.
• Deep knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare transformation, policy trends, and integrated care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership across strategy execution, performance intelligence, and organizational alignment.
• Lead enterprise performance management framework, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Drive strategic initiatives and transformation projects with proper governance and milestones.
• Integrate risk, quality, performance, and evaluation into a single enterprise framework.
