Job summary

Qualifications

• Wind turbine experience with SGRE Geared or Direct Drive platforms.
• College diploma or equivalent technical competency in electrical, mechanical, or related wind farm systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, converters, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork with a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and service activities on SECL wind turbine systems onsite and remotely.
• Deliver excellent customer service while responding effectively and safely in stressful or hazardous situations.
• Work at heights up to 300 feet and in confined spaces while maintaining strong safety awareness.
• Support the development and improvement of field procedures, best practices, and operational processes.
• Take on additional responsibilities at operating wind farms while continuing to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures while performing physically demanding work in varied weather and environmental conditions.
