Job summary

Equinix, Inc. Toronto is seeking a Senior Director of Process Excellence to lead enterprise‑level transformation initiatives.

You will drive AI‑enabled redesigns of critical value streams, bring together business leaders and engineers, and coach leaders across HR and Digital to embed continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will establish a scalable operating system with visual management, standard work, and disciplined problem solving, while guiding prioritization and governance

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years leading enterprise‑level operational excellence or large‑scale change.
• Fluency in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and value stream methods with ability to redesign end‑to‑end work flows.
• Working knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, and digital platforms.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with credibility with senior leaders and executives.
• Experience partnering with HR on capability programs and building an operating system for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with business leaders and engineers to map current work flows and design future processes.
• Integrate Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and value‑stream thinking into redesigns with measurable gains in speed, quality, cost, and decisions.
• Design for decisions and outcomes, embedding AI and automation where they add most value.
• Advise senior leaders on where AI applies and where it does not, challenging designs that only speed up existing processes.
• Build and sustain an enterprise‑wide operating system for continuous improvement with reliable, visual management and standard work.
