Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in digital content and digital marketing.
• Experience leading complex digital content initiatives and client counsel.
• Strong analytics, performance measurement, and data-informed decision making.
• Working knowledge of analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and DAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital content strategies for major campaigns and client engagements.
• Translate objectives into integrated digital content plans.
• Advise on audience engagement, channel selection, and content performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes with innovative content.
• Lead strategic discussions and share digital content best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and cross-functional staff.
