Job summary

Perseus Group (Constellation Software) seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support and endpoint management across a multi-location enterprise. The role focuses on Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and modern device management with a strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments in a corporate IT organization.
• Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS in a business environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Autopilot, and modern endpoint management practices.
• Experience managing hardware lifecycle, software deployments, and endpoint security controls.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop support and escalation for complex issues.
• Deliver onsite and remote support to executives and employees across locations.
• Manage incidents, requests, and problems with SLAs and standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and apps teams on cross-functional issues.
• Assist with endpoint management, deployments, and lifecycle processes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
