Intiveo is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead and grow its Demand Generation team. The role encompasses campaign strategy, execution, and team leadership, aimed at driving measurable revenue through integrated multi-channel campaigns. Ideal candidates will possess extensive B2B SaaS marketing experience and a data-driven mindset.

Intiveo is looking for a strategic Demand Generation leader to lead and grow our Demand Generation team. This role goes beyond the top-of-funnel, owning the program, campaign, and channel strategy across the full buyer journey. You will build integrated campaigns that move prospects through each stage of the lifecycle to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact, not just lead capture. This isn’t an entry-level manager role - you’ll be expected to raise the bar. You’ll lead campaign strategy and execution, manage a growing team, and bring modern strategies to help us level up.
The ideal candidate will have an full-funnel mindset and a strong grasp of new demand generation frameworks and strategies to apply across the buyer journey - from awareness to conversion to closed won. You ideally have a background in lifecycle marketing or campaign management and know how to connect acquisition with nurture and conversion, and can bring together email, paid, events, website, and sales activation into cohesive multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights will be essential, as well as collaborating closely with the Content Team, RevOps, Sales, CX, and Product Teams to align campaign strategies with company priorities.
