Based in the Surrey / Langley area, the Branch Manager, will lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll manage staff, oversee finances, and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Management : Supervise staff, including hiring and training. Foster a collaborative work environment.
• Financial Management : Develop strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profits. Monitor P&L, expenses and budget effectively.
• Customer Service : Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Build and maintain client relationships.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Implement risk management protocols.
• Sales & Business Development : Execute sales strategies to attract new customers. Identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Operational Efficiency : Streamline processes to improve efficiency. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics for improvements.

Qualifications :
