CoFoMo Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive agility at scale within a complex healthcare-oriented organization in Montreal, Canada.
You will implement and facilitate agile train events, plan program increments, and coordinate inter-team synchronizations to deliver value. You will lead governance evolution, align multiple value streams, and coach stakeholders in agile practices, using Azure DevOps and other delivery tools.
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you: Implement, plan and facilitate agile train events, including program increment planning, inter-team synchronizations, system demonstrations and improvement workshops; Support teams and stakeholders in the continuous delivery of value according to the principles of agility at scale; Optimize governance mechanisms and contribute to the evolution of the organizational roadmap; Ensure consistency and alignment between different value streams and strategic initiatives; Detect obstacles, dependencies and cross-team risks, then coordinate their resolution; Establish, track and interpret performance indicators related to predictability, throughput, agile maturity and train performance; Promote the use of collaborative tools and support their adoption by teams; Train and support stakeholders in the application of agile practices at scale; Act as a catalyst for agile transformation by driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
The profile sought is as follows: Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, management or a related field; Accumulate at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of information technology; Perform for at least five (5) years in an agile coach role or an equivalent function in a context of agility at scale; Demonstrate experience in strategy and data exploitation in complex organizational environments; Apply agile, hybrid, or traditional project management approaches in transformation contexts; Use collaborative and delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps; Experience in carrying out strategic mandates within large organizations, an asset; Knowledge of the health sector, an asset; Hold a Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certification; Possess a Project Management Professional or Agile Certified Practitioner certification, an asset; Demonstrate mobilizing leadership, excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to influence; Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels; This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
