Job summary

Moneris is seeking a Senior DEI Consultant to advance the company’s DEI strategy and drive initiatives across the DEI roadmap. You’ll partner with the Director of Talent, OD and DEI to develop inclusive programs, communities, and learning experiences that strengthen equity across the organization.

You'll lead ERG support, coordinate with IWC and HR partners, and shape communications and engagement activities to raise awareness and impact of DEI across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DEI strategy or employee engagement leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DEI principles and inclusive workplace strategies.
• Ability to build partnerships across functions.
• Experience creating communications and learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve ERG support framework for growth and impact.
• Partner with IWC, ERGs, HR, and stakeholders to deliver DEI initiatives.
• Execute DEI strategy via communications, campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and engagement.
• Lead DEI communications and awareness efforts, including newsletters and calendar.
• Design and coordinate learning experiences for inclusive leadership.
• Use insights and metrics to evolve DEI strategy and roadmap.
