Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst position based in Canada. You will work across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to manage complex commercial decisions and govern quote-to-cash processes.

You will help implement scalable deal desk foundations, automate workflows, and advise on pricing, terms, and renewals. The role supports teams across the US and Canada with an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or related in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
• Strong understanding of ARR, multi-year agreements, renewals, co-terms, ramps, bundled products, and discounting.
• Experience building and improving processes, documentation, approval workflows, and commercial policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to structure and execute complex deals.
• Advise on pricing, discounting, contract terms, amendments, renewals, and co-terms.
• Review and process deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud for accuracy and readiness.
• Help establish and scale Deal Desk foundations, including intake, approvals, governance, SLAs, and documentation.
• Create playbooks, training resources, and office hours to enable sales teams.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI to streamline quote-to-cash workflows.
• Analyze deal data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improve revenue growth.
• Continuously improve processes, balancing customer needs with pricing discipline.
