Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Canada-based company to hire a Revenue & Billing Analyst. This fully remote, async-first role covers billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue reporting with direct impact on financial accuracy.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams, push for automation, and contribute to MRR/ARR analysis while maintaining strong controls and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end billing, AR, collections, and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer billing process including invoicing, changes, queries, refunds, failed payments, and corrections.
• Manage AR, collections, dunning, and disputes with customers.
• Partner with Customer Success on complex billing cases to drive resolution.
• Investigate recurring billing issues and improve underlying processes.
