Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, Accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis
• Practical experience using AI, SQL, or Python in process improvement and data manipulation capacities
• Experience contributing to or leading internal software implementations or other large-scale projects

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology to improve accuracy and efficiency across core responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for earned channel partner payments.
• Coordinate referral fee processing and related communications.
• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and referral partners.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for sales commissions.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of compensation statements.
• Assist with compensation-related inquiries and administrative requests.
• Contribute to deal desk operations, including the administration and processing of customer contracts, order forms, renewals, and amendments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in your areas of responsibility.
• Support annual financial statement audits by providing accurate information to external auditors.
