Siemens Mobility is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to partner with the Sales team, delivering compliant quotes and facilitating smooth contract negotiations.

You’ll collaborate across Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product teams to ensure accurate quotes, approvals, and documentation, while identifying trends and process improvements to boost margins. This role supports remote collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills with a global perspective.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and technical abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, compliant quotes while managing case load efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction between the Deal Desk and the Sales team.
• Partner with the Sales teams in the quote creation process.
• Ensure that appropriate amendments and documentation are associated with each quote.
• Support and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product teams.
• Identify trends, errors, and process inefficiencies; proactively recommend solutions.
