Our client in Vancouver seeks a Senior Analyst to own inventory control processes across Retail and Distribution. You will drive data integrity, build reporting, and support system enhancements.

The role centers on coordinating financial and operational inventory data within RMS and WMS, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and leadership in reporting. You will manage cross-functional collaboration with finance, DC operations, and auditors, and play a key role in advancing inventory health metrics

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel for large datasets.
• Experience in executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience owning SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile enterprise inventory in financial RMS and WMS.
• Execute financial inventory adjustments for DC locations and support SOX controls.
• Own inventory intelligence reporting and drive KPIs.
• Collaborate with inventory systems, finance, and auditors to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and launch system enhancements impacting finance and inventory.
• Develop and maintain DC processes and support new DC launches.
