Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control experience in retail or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and retail inventory flows.
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience.
• Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Investigating retail inventory variances and supporting resolution activities.
• Reviewing inventory movement history to validate accuracy and action improvements.
• Partnering with Retail Operations and Technology for process improvements.
• Preparing variance analyses and reporting for governance.
• Coordinating store stock counts and reconciling inventory movements.
• Analyzing shrink, losses, and high-risk adjustments with cross-functional teams.
• Supporting relocations, renovations, and new store openings inventory counts.
• Producing recurring inventory control reports and KPI dashboards.
