Job summary

Rosehill Wine Cellars seeks an Operations and Cost Analyst to lead costing, inventory controls, and decision support across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and retail activities. You will work with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and reporting.

The role will support the migration from the current systems environment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; prior BC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with costing analysis, inventory controls, and BOM management.
• Strong background in cost accounting, variance analysis and operational reporting.
• CPA/CMA designation preferred but relevant experience considered.”

Responsibilities

• Own costing analyses for jobs, products and projects.
• Lead BOM audits and maintain accuracy of materials and costs.
• Manage inventory records and monitor variances across platforms.
• Coordinate logistics, landed costs and freight processes.
• Support migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Develop visual factory tools and dashboards for visibility.
