Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a large-scale Data Platform Modernization initiative in Vancouver, Canada. You will guide cross-functional teams leveraging Microsoft Fabric, SAP Datasphere, Power BI and related cloud data technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong Agile leadership, experience with data/analytics programs, and proven collaboration skills with engineers, architects, analytics teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
Experience leading Data & Analytics, Data Science or BI initiatives.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Drive data platform modernization initiatives with Microsoft Fabric & SAP Datasphere.
Collaborate with Product Owner, analysts and stakeholders to manage backlog.
Track sprint progress, risks, and impediments; resolve blockers.
Promote Agile practices and monitor team velocity and readiness.
Coordinate activities across multiple teams and vendors.
