Resonaite Inc. is seeking a contract-based Senior Scrum Master to drive the delivery of complex digital initiatives across multiple technology teams.

This hands-on role focuses on removing roadblocks, maintaining momentum, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality digital products and solutions from a Toronto-based organization that supports primarily remote work. Qualifications

8+ years of technology/digital delivery experience.
Proven track record delivering complex digital products, platforms, apps, or customer-facing initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical application in delivery teams.
Experience with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, UX/design, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.
Strong delivery management skills: risk, issue, dependency, milestones, and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies in complex environments.
Strong presence and communication skills to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience supporting Agile transformation or changes to delivery practices.
Experience with delivery tools Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
Certifications such as CSM/PSM/CSP-SM/PMI-ACP/SAFe Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of digital projects across cross-functional technology teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other delivery activities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering, UX/design, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders to keep initiatives progressing.
Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and competing priorities.
Maintain visibility into delivery progress, milestones, commitments, and escalation needs.
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are well-defined and ready for delivery.
Drive accountability and help teams deliver against sprint and project commitments.
Coordinate dependencies across technology teams and broader initiatives.
Support teams through organizational and process change while reinforcing Agile ways of working.
Partner with Agile Coaches to embed improved delivery practices and build Agile maturity.
Provide facilitation and leadership during challenging discussions to move teams forward.
Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices, team effectiveness, quality, and predictability.
