Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Lead to enable cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes through effective Agile leadership, servant leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.

This role facilitates delivery practices, removes impediments, and partners with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve transparency, predictability, and value delivery. Salary: CA$100,000–CA$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• The Scrum Master/Agile Lead enables cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes through effective Agile leadership, servant leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach Agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and related delivery practices.
• Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, refinement, and release activities.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment that supports team ownership and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and help resolve impediments, risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog readiness, prioritization, estimation, and outcome alignment.
• Promote effective workflow management, visible work tracking, sustainable delivery pace, and team working agreements.
• Monitor delivery health and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Use delivery metrics and team observations to support forecasting, transparency, and continuous improvement.
