Qualifications

• 10 years experience in project management, software delivery.
• Experience leading complex software projects in Agile environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex software projects.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, change requests, and delivery metrics.
• Track project financials, resources, and capacity.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships and manage SLAs.
• Ensure quality and adherence to SDLC and CI/CD practices.
• Act as bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive mitigation.
• Refine delivery frameworks and engineering best practices.
