Job summary

Bell Canada seeks a Senior Data Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a mission-critical data centre, ensuring high availability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for on-site staff, incident management, capacity planning, and collaboration with Facilities, Network, Security, and vendors.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders while meeting SLAs and audits. Candidates with 5–10 years in data centres are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in Data Centre operations.
• 5–10 years of experience in data centre or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading 24x7 operations teams with on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data centre operations team and on-call coverage to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate with Facilities to meet power, cooling, fire protection, and security targets.
• Own site incident response, recovery, and post-incident reviews.
