• Oversee day-to-day operations of building systems to support data centers and offices; ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs by staff and contractors.
• Provide technical direction on projects, capital planning, and budget development for building operations.
• Supervise and develop technicians to ensure fast, professional service and rapid incident response.
• Monitor energy consumption and building documentation; review contracts and support procurement for services.
