Job summary

EvenUp Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to translate complex healthcare and product data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategy and business impact.

This hybrid role offers three days per week in our San Francisco or Toronto offices, with cross-functional collaboration across Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SQL, Python or R, applied statistics, and CRM analytics, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL or similar big data querying languages.
• 5+ years of experience with Python or R.
• 5+ years of experience with applied statistical techniques (A/B testing, modeling, causal methods).
• Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; ability to model and analyze customer, pipeline, and revenue data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to distill findings for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to scope and implement trusted business metrics and optimize workflows.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights with strategic recommendations that drive measurable actions.
• Communicate analysis results clearly and tailor messaging to the audience.
• Help build and evolve our analytics foundation, including event instrumentation and scalable self-serve analytics tools.
• Mentor other analysts and elevate data storytelling and stakeholder influence across the organization.
