  • Strong communication skills with ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with SKU rationalization, assortment planning, or category management is highly desirable
How You Will Make An Impact
  • Own and evolve the entire e-commerce reporting suite, including dashboards for net sales, margin analysis, and performance metrics across divisions, brands, categories, and SKUs
  • Lead the exploration and development of Babylist's pricing strategy for 2026, including research into pricing tools, competitive analysis, and recommendation of strategic direction
  • Partner with the Senior Financial Analyst to conduct impact analysis and opportunity sizing for new initiatives, particularly in growth categories and subscription programs
  • Analyze registry penetration data to identify category growth opportunities and inform merchandising strategies
  • Support good-better-best assortment planning initiatives by providing granular analysis on pricing segments and market positioning
  • Develop sophisticated simulations and models to evaluate pricing scenarios and promotional strategies
  • Leverage competitive pricing data from registry sources to inform market positioning and pricing decisions
  • Create actionable insights from complex analyses to drive category-specific growth initiatives
  • Build frameworks for evaluating and tracking new e-commerce initiatives from inception through implementation
