Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and demonstrated principal/staff level scope.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and analysis tools.
• Strong SQL and Python, plus ELT/warehouse tooling knowledge.
• Experience with semantic layers and trusted self-service analytics.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities.
• Derive actionable insights from large complex datasets and present findings clearly.
• Define product metrics and instrumentation for platform initiatives.
• Accelerate SQL/Python development using AI tools and reusable workflows.
• Create impactful data visualizations with Power BI/Looker for stakeholders.
• Build canonical datasets, semantic models, and self-service analytics experiences.
• Mine data proactively to support platform outcomes like performance and engagement.
• Partner with Data Engineering on data quality and scalable pipelines; ensure reproducible development.
