Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Canada to drive business insights and operations analytics. You will connect data across finance, revenue, product, customer success, operations, and leadership to create trusted BI foundations and AI-enabled reporting workflows.

You will build dashboards, data pipelines, and analytical frameworks, establishing shared definitions for key metrics.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data analytics or related cross-functional role.
Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift preferred).
Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to build data models and semantic layers for consistent metrics.
Experience reconciling data across CRM, billing, ERP, product, and support systems.
Familiarity with AI tools to automate analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain unified reporting across CRM, accounting, invoicing, and databases.
Replace manual reporting with scalable data pipelines and automated refreshes.
Define and document metrics such as MRR, activation, churn, retention, and health.
Collaborate with Data Engineering on architecture, warehouse performance, and quality.
Evaluate BI/analytics platforms and governance tooling to meet business needs.
Extend revenue reporting with dashboards for MRR/ARR by segment and product.
Develop cohort, retention, and revenue analyses to explain drivers.
Query operational data to create product adoption and feature dashboards.
Connect product usage with retention to identify meaningful trends.
Develop customer health reporting by combining usage, support, and sentiment.
Identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities for Customer Success and Sales.
Partner with Revenue Ops to align pipeline data with business metrics.
Own recurring exec reporting, OKR tracking, and company-wide reviews.
Translate business questions into actionable analyses and recommendations.
Build AI-enabled reporting solutions and self-serve insights.
