Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Independently shape ambiguous problems and influence roadmaps.
• Hands-on AI-assisted development to accelerate coding and workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and Python/R for modeling.
• Experience with data warehouses and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to define problems to solve with data.
• Derive actionable insights from large datasets and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define product measurement using north-star metrics, KPI/OKR frameworks, and instrumentation.
• Create reusable data workflows and AI-assisted analytic assets with proper validation.
• Build clear visualizations in Looker/Power BI to inform stakeholders.
• Evolve canonical datasets, semantic models, and self-service analytics.
• Partner with Data Engineering on data quality, lineage, and scalable pipelines.
• Mentor analysts and communicate complex findings for decisions.
