Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large data analysis, BI, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; demonstrated scope at principal/staff level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define problems and opportunities through data analysis.
• Derive actionable insights from large datasets and present findings clearly to varied audiences.
• Define product measurements across north-star metrics, KPI/OKR, and instrumentation.
• Use AI coding and analysis tools to accelerate SQL/Python development and create reusable workflows.
• Create clear data visualizations with Power BI or Looker to communicate recommendations.
• Build canonical datasets, semantic models, and dashboards for self-service analytics.
